CG Motors will debut the Smart #3 (pronounced "hashtag three") electric coupe SUV at the NADA Auto Show 2024. The company will also showcase the Smart #1 electric compact SUV. Smart is a joint venture between Geely and Mercedes-Benz.
In the European market, the electric coupe SUV is available in four trims: Pro, Pro+, Premium, and Brabus Performance.
The Pro base model features a single front motor with 200 kW of power and a 49 kWh LFP battery, offering a WLTP range of 325 km. The Pro+ model includes a rear-wheel drive motor with 200 kW of power and a 66 kWh LFP battery, extending the WLTP range to 435 km.

The Rear-Wheel Drive Premium variant also has a 66 kWh LFP battery, delivering 200 kW of power and a WLTP range of 455 km. In contrast, the limited-edition Brabus variant is an all-wheel drive model with 315 kW of power and 542 Nm of torque, using the same 66 kWh LFP battery to provide a WLTP range of 415 km.
Like its predecessor, the #1, the Smart #3 is built on Geely’s SEA platform, which also supports the Lotus Eletre, Zeekr X, Volvo EX30, and Polestar 4. The #3 is a 5-seater electric coupe SUV with dimensions of 4400 mm in length, 1844 mm in height, and 1556 mm in width, and a wheelbase of 2785 mm. It can be equipped with 19" or 20" wheels and includes a frunk.
Inside, the #3 features a 12.8" central control screen and is equipped with Smart Pilot Assist, an in-house developed ADAS offering L2+ self-driving capabilities.
